HISTORY Channel has a constant need for sales materials promoting and explaining their vast portfolio of content and programming. They asked us to help them achieve their sales initiatives in a new and innovative way. They also wanted a more flexible way to give media buyers a snapshot of statistics and features. We developed a custom and dynamic infographic website that is compatible across all platforms and devices. This allows their teams to update content on-the-go and evolve the messaging as their needs change.

The Result resounding praise from the A+E Networks Account Executives on the new addition to their arsenal of marketing materials.

INFOGRAPHIC WEBSITE 

We created a custom and dynamic infographic website to showcase HISTORY Channel content and programming. A cohesively branded site that visually communicates information and data for potential media buyers. An easy-to-use, modular design and construction that allows the sales team to manually adjust content based on their future initiatives. The site is accessible and compatible across all platforms and devices.

A series of customized banners showcasing HISTORY Channel programs that are tailored to their advertising opportunities. Each banner is branded with the ‘In HISTORY We Trust’ logo lockup and show specific key art. The banners automatically cycle through continuously while telling their story and drawing users’ attention. Please click through the banners above.

An engaging use of show photography and data gathered from studies performed during 2017 among M25-54. The numbers are branded in HISTORY red and emphasized in larger, bolder type treatments. The numbers animate on-screen using a counting up effect to signify their importance.

This section is digitally illustrated in the fashion of a news broadcast. A simplified ‘breaking news’ ticker widget similar to the ones used by major news networks. The build helps tell the story and demographic breakdown of these statistics.

A graphic play on words that spotlight a key demographic and how HISTORY Channel is viewed by those people. The statistics fade into focus in both of the lenses of the binoculars.

A unique, customized chart that visually communicates the benefits of the HISTORY brand can provide to its partners. It’s positive impression in one area has influenced their opinions or feelings positively in other areas. The “Halo Effect”, shows evaluators of the network tend to be influenced by their previous judgments of performance and/or persona.

A series of animated charts that show the positive results for advertisers on HISTORY’s advertising opportunities. The study highlights four crucial questions: Ads Are Relevant, I Pay More Attention, I Explore New Products And Services and I Am Likely To Purchase. HISTORY Channel programming scored favorably in those frequently asked questions.

The website concludes with a brand mission statement for HISTORY. It defines the purpose of their work and the effect intended to have on the industry. It states the approach they follow to achieve their aspirations set forth by the organization.
